Payment Policy

Here is how payment works when you order from Tuesday Boutique.

1. Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, all processed securely through Shopify Payments.

2. When you're charged

Your payment method is charged in full at checkout, at the time you place your order.

3. Currency and pricing

All prices on this store are shown and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).

4. GST

Tuesday Boutique is not currently registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST) in Australia, because our turnover is below the AUD 75,000 per 12-month registration threshold. As a result, no GST is charged, and no GST amount appears on any product page, cart, checkout, or receipt. If this changes in future, this page will be updated first.

5. Payment security

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments on secure, encrypted connections. Tuesday Boutique never sees or stores your full card number; card data is handled directly by Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Where your card supports it, payments are also verified using 3D Secure for an extra layer of protection.

6. Fraud prevention

We use standard fraud-prevention checks provided by our payment platform to help protect both customers and the store from fraudulent transactions. An order may occasionally be held for a manual review before it ships.

7. Pricing transparency

The price you see at checkout, in AUD, is the full price you pay. We do not add a surcharge for using a credit or debit card. Shipping is free on every order, so there is no separate shipping charge added at any step.

8. Refunds

Where a refund is due, whether under our voluntary return policy or your Australian Consumer Law rights, it is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of your return arriving and passing our RMA check. See our Refund and Return Policy for the full process.
