Every Tuesday Boutique order can be tracked from checkout to your door. Here's how it works.

Enter your order number and email address (or your tracking number) there to see the live status of your delivery at any time.
How tracking works
- Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, then handed over for dispatch.
- As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- Transit then typically takes a further 8 to 14 business days, 9 to 17 business days in total from when you order, see our Shipping Policy for the full estimate.
- Carrier selection varies by fulfilment centre and shipping route; whichever carrier handles your parcel, you'll receive a tracking number.
Tracking not updating, or order delayed?
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at info@tuesdayboutique.com with your order number, and we will look into it with our fulfilment partner and the carrier.
